About Me

I’m Kelly, the person behind Organised Support by Kelly.
I’ve always found organising and decluttering to be a powerful way to support mental wellbeing.
Over time, our homes naturally collect belongings, memories, and unfinished decisions, and when life is busy or difficult, those spaces can start to feel heavy rather than helpful.
I’m drawn to creating calm, manageable environments, whether that’s gently decluttering a space or organising it in a way that feels easier to live with.
I love seeing the transformation that happens when a room becomes more supportive, but more importantly, I value how people feel once that space no longer overwhelms them.
Over the years, I’ve supported family and friends with their homes and personal spaces many times. What started as something I naturally gravitated towards grew into a clear realisation, this wasn’t just something I enjoyed, it was something I wanted to offer others in a meaningful and respectful way.
I also have personal experience supporting a family member with hoarding tendencies. This has led me to learn more about hoarding, attachment, and emotional relationships with belongings, and I am continuing to build my knowledge through relevant courses so that I can offer hoarding-aware, non-judgemental support.
My approach is calm, compassionate, and client-led. There is no pressure to rush, no judgement, and no expectation of perfection. I work at your pace, focusing on creating spaces that feel safer, lighter, and more manageable, especially during times of change, grief, or overwhelm.
